restrictive breakfast time worn out bed
the provided parking space was certainly acceptable it removed any concern about finding street parking
the breakfast timing felt restrictive we had a narrow window for breakfast at either 830 am or 900 am the bed in the room was not satisfactory i noted it was worn out and collapsed along the edges this impacted sleep quality considerably the towels in the shower room were thin showing signs of wear.

perfect stay!
clean room quality ingredients
ian greeted us in the car park upon arrival. he also carried our bags upstairs. our room was spotlessly clean and airy. breakfast included high quality ingredients. butchers pork sausages and fresh free range eggs were served.

the hotel is situated a short walk from the main street. the pier and beach are easily accessible. plenty of parking is available on site, a great benefit.

the owners are very helpful and friendly. the staff greeted everyone in the dining room. they provided perfect service each morning during breakfast, much appreciated.

excellent stay
ample parking honesty bar perfect location
the location was perfect, near the pier and tram station. i found ample parking space on the premises, a significant bonus. the hotel offered a reasonably priced honesty bar.
the breakfast time slots were limited to 8:30 am or 9:00 am, i thought this offered a very narrow window for a hotel this size.

The room had modern decorations and the bed provided great comfort. It was immaculate. it had beautiful views. this room offered really good relaxation.

on-site parking was available. there was a lounge area with an honesty bar. the outdoor seating area was ideal to enjoy drinks.

the staff were friendly. the owners were very cute. the couple provided great information .
